RETURN POLICY:  

  • You can order from YesteryearsRadio.com with complete confidence.  We stand behind every

  • No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Returns may be subject to: non-refundable
    shipping fees. Re-stocking fee of 20% may apply to returned items that are not defective.

  • All claims of shortages and/or damages must be made within 3 business days after the
    merchandise is received.

  • Items that are initially defective will be replaced (if product is still available), or credited at the
    sole discretion of YesteryearsRadio.com. Shipping charges for a replaced defective unit will
    be at the expense of YesteryearsRadio.com.

  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • All returned merchandise must have be authorized by YesteryearsRadio.com. Returns without
    authorization will not be accepted! Customer must ship within 7 days after item has been

  • Retain all original packing materials in the event that return of merchandise is necessary.
    Returned products must be received in its original packaging and in original condition or a  
    fee may apply.

    order number, description of the item you wish to return, the reason for return/exchange, your

  • The customer is responsible for properly insuring the package.  YesteryearsRadio.com can
    not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in route to us.

  • Be certain that the returned item is complete, including warranty cards, manuals, etc. If any
    items are missing, warranty card is written on, or if the package is damaged in any way, the
    customer may be assessed a restocking fee and we reserve the right to not accept an item
    for return if it is not in the original condition.
